What makes a good photo?
- Make sure your photo has good lighting, enough to see the
details of your loved one's face, but not so much that their face is too
bright to see it. Darker photos make it difficult for our designers
capture the details!
- A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure you get the full face on the
photo, including ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the
photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your product!
- Avoid blurry photos - the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember
that the photo will be reduced, so it is possible that some subtle features
not so clearly seen in the final product.
Can I see a proof of what my product will look like?
Unfortunately we are unable to provide proof prior to placing the
requested because our designers have to personally configure your
image and 3D print it, but rest assured that if there is any
problem, we will email you to get a new picture.
What is your change / cancellation policy?
We will be happy to help you change its color, size, image or
cancel / refund the order; just fill out the contact form at
below as soon as possible with your order number, email address
electronic and changes you want. Changes / cancellations of orders
they will only be accepted before an order is put into production.
For custom made-to-order products, it may not

How long does it take to receive my product?

take up to 8 business days. Once shipped, it will deliver to your country in 8-15 business days. International shipping times vary

Can I change the destination country in my order?
After placing your order, you cannot change your shipment from domestic to
international and vice versa.

Do you ship internationally?
We gladly fulfill international orders! Our time of
production will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the
order. Depending on your country of origin, a tax of
customs in addition to your shipping cost.

transaction, your card will be charged in your respective currency.
